Geoff Hooker is the General Manager of Baseball Australia Geelong Korea Project.  Geoff is also on the board for Baseball Australia, the governing body for the sport of baseball at a national level.

In this interview, Geoff starts by telling us his highlight as a player at Lewis & Clark College in Oregon, United States, and the steps he took as he transitioned from a player to the offices of the sport.  He also discusses how playing baseball affected his management style, the highs and lows of the job, and what opportunities he sees lay ahead for baseball in Australia.
